Join the Dots is broadcasted every 4th Sunday of a month on TwenFM!

Each month, Join The Dots present a two hour show that’s uniquely crafted by the lady amongst the gnarled Join The Dots thorns, Helen S. Beginning her musical career working on a raft of BBC Radio 1’s specialist music shows for the likes of John Peel (R.I.P.), Mary Anne Hobbs and Gilles Peterson, Helen’s musical heritage and experience is as wide and deep as her love and passion for it.

Having travelled the world to report from the likes of Tresor, Tokyo, Sonar and Miami writing for Mixmag, Muzik and Seven Magazine, Helen is now UK editor for Pulse Radio she has an unwavering talent at spotting even the rarest of musical gems from the spheres of techno, house, disco, dubstep and world music.

Sewing together a neat patchwork of new, established & undiscovered music whilst always representing the Join The Dots family, each show comprises of two hours; the first selected by Helen S and the Join The Dots residents, the second a guest mix from some of the artists we work with and love.

Over the past two years we have had some excellent mixes from our own crew as well as guests including Ripperton, Hrdvsion, Mark E, Greg Wilson, Ricardo Tobar, John Tejada, Youandewan, Gerry Read, John Heckle, Francis Inferno Orchestra, Alex Jones, Session Victim to name a few.

Freond wurde Anfang des Jahres von Irving Jr. ins Leben gerufen.
Nach seiner Zeit bei Plattenfirmen wie Man Recordings, Exploited Rec. & Greco-Roman war es Zeit sich musikalisch mit einer Crew aufzustellen.
Momentan wird an der ersten EP von Mey Brother sowie zwei Remixen für die Band Goldshift aus Helsiniki gearbeitet.
Die Jungs wollen sich nicht von irgendwelchen Hypes vereinnahmen lassen und definieren ihren Sound deswegen als facettenreichen House.
Letzten Monat fand die erste Freond Nacht in einem düsteren Keller in Neukölln statt, am Sonntag spielen Statler & Waldorf, Irving Jr. & Mey Brother beim TwenFm 88,4 TV Sonntagsklub

Die sechste Ausgabe von Drift Ashore Radio ist ein halbes Jubiläum, denn mittlerweile sind wir ein halbes Jahr auf Sendung. Doch deswegen gibt es keinen extra dicken Gastauftritt plus Konfetti, Torte und Party, sondern wir nehmen uns Zeit für unser eigenes Ding.

Und unser Ding ist gute elektronische Musik in all ihren Facetten!
